Opal & Diamond Crescent Brooch in 15ct Gold - Secondhand

A twenty seven stone graduating oval cabochon cut opal and old eight cut diamond crescent brooch in 15ct gold.  Comprising the opals with two diamonds between each and a single diamond at each end. Allt he stones are claw set.  Pin and hook fastener with a safety chain attached. Circa 1900.

Opals: 9 @ 6.50 x 4.30mm - 2.50 x 2.50mm

Diamonds: 18 @ 1.20 x 1.20mm, weighing 0.01ct each

Unstamped. Tested as 18ct gold.
