Citrine, Diamond & Garnet Ring in 18ct Gold

A thirty nine stone oval faceted citrine, modern brilliant cut diamond and faceted half moon rhodolite garnet ring in 18ct yellow gold.  The ring comprises the central citrine, rubover set, surrounded by a border of thirty six diamonds, claw set, with a garnet, rubover set, on each side. This leads to the full width shoulders and D-shape shank.
