Ruby & Diamond Cluster Ring in 18ct Gold - Secondhand

A nineteen stone oval faceted ruby and eight cut diamond cluster ring in 18ct white and yellow gold.  Comprising the rubies pin claw set in the centre surrounded by a border of sixteen diamonds also pin claw set all in white gold.  This leads to the faceted shoulders and plain D-shape shank in yellow gold.
