Sapphire Single Stone Ring with Diamond Shoulders in 9ct Gold - Secondhand

A single stone oval faceted light blue sapphire ring with an old swiss cut diamond in each shoulder in 9ct white and rose gold.  The sapphire is four double claw set in rose gold which leads to the rectangular shoulder in white gold. Each shoulder is grain set with a single diamond with a millegrain decoration. Plain flat rose gold shank.
