Turquoise and Diamond Edwardian Ring - Secondhand

A thirteen stone round cabochon cut turquoise and and old mixed cut diamond ring in 18ct yellow gold.  Comprising a diagonally set central three stone of a centre turquoise with an old swiss cut either side all claw set.  Set either side are crossover shoulders in a leaf style set with two old swiss cut diamonds in each with a further three slightly graduating old swiss cut diamonds grain set into each shoulder.This leads to the plain  D-shape shank.  

Turquoise: 3.70mm 

Diamonds: 12 @ 1.20 - 2.50mm each, weighing 0.36ct total
