Waltham 10ct Rolled Gold Pocket Watch - Secondhand

A Waltham 10ct rolled gold open face pocket watch.  The watch has a white enamel dial with roman numerals and a subsidiary seconds dial.  

The lever movement has 19 jewels and is engraved Vanguard Waltham, Mass.  The movement number is 11079168.

The case is rolled gold and the back cover inside is stamped
